Terms of Service

Loqitalk is an AI-powered communication assistant: you bring a message, voice note, or screenshot, and it explains what it means and drafts replies you can refine and use. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Provide a real email address and keep your credentials to yourself — you are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account per person. Creating accounts to repeatedly claim free trials is not allowed.

Paid plans are sold by Paddle, our merchant of record — your purchase is also governed by Paddle’s buyer terms. Plans renew monthly until canceled.

• Trial — new accounts get a 7-day trial with a usage allowance. A payment method is required to start it; when the trial ends, your plan begins and billing starts automatically unless you cancel first.
• Fair usage — each plan includes a generous monthly usage allowance. When you approach it we warn you; when it is exhausted, AI features pause until the next period or an upgrade. Your saved data is never affected.
• Canceling — cancel anytime from Profile → Plan & usage (billing portal). You keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds — handled case by case via support@loqitalk.com and processed by Paddle. Statutory consumer rights in your country are not affected.

Prices may change; existing subscribers are notified before any change takes effect.

Don’t use Loqitalk to:

• break the law, or harass, defraud, or harm others;
• generate spam or misleading content at scale;
• upload content you have no right to use;
• probe, overload, or circumvent the service’s security, rate limits, or usage limits;
• resell or provide the service to third parties as your own.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Loqitalk’s explanations and reply drafts are generated by AI. They can be incomplete, out of date, or plain wrong, and they can miss nuance in ways that matter. Review everything before you send it — you are responsible for the messages you actually send. Loqitalk is not a source of legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and its output must not be relied on as such.

Your content stays yours. You grant us the limited license needed to process it — store it, send it to our AI provider, and show it back to you — solely to operate the service. We do not train models on your content. The Loqitalk software, brand, and design are ours and may not be copied or reused without permission.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Privacy & data — this cancels any active subscription and permanently deletes your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, and will say why unless legally prevented.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Questions? support@loqitalk.com.
